OMG, This thing is a beast. I have it powering a DVC Hifonics Brutus 12 and it rocks big time. Seriously, I didnt expect much at this price but was absolutely amazed. It would be a deal at twice the price. The remote is nice. I would like to see speaker level inputs on it though for a cheap add on to OEM stereos. Great Great Value sub amp. Only draw back to me is that it pulls ALOT of juice. You'll need a 4 guage kit for it with at least an 80 amp fuse or you'll blow fuses often. I am considering capping mine as it also dims the headlights pretty bad at night.
I have recently installed The CRUNCH P1000.1 in my gurls ride. Currently the amp is powering Two 4ohm SVC Alpine Type E 600peak. In a sealed Q-logic enclosure. Assisted with a cap5 and the subs are wired in parallel for 2ohms. Considering this application the amplifier does a great job in most aspects. There is plenty of power and great frequency response from lows to highs considering the price of the unit. I was impressed with the quality as well. This amplifiers features are solid with all hock ups and design. The remote bass accessory was not that impressive but seems to be durable and does the job. Besides, Online Car Stereo has great affiliations with the manufactures this assures for painless costumer service whom you should call before you order anything from this site. Overall the Sound is clean, it Looks clean, and the Crunch logo illuminates blue. Great amplifier for the price.
UMM THIS IS AN OK AMP FOR THE MONEY BUT IT OVER HEATS TO FAST AND I DONT THINK IT IS STRONG ENOUGH TO POWER MY TWO 12 CVR AND DRAINS BATTERY
I have had this amp for about a year with no problems. It's powering 2 Alpine Type S's wired to 1 ohm. Great amp for the price.
I have had this amp for about a month, great service from car stereo delivering it in 2 days, but the amp couldn't hold my 2 kicker 12" cvr's, i had the amps settings all under halfway and the amp went into power save mode in 20 minutes tuned into 1.3 ohms. works great with my mtx thunderx 12", but can't take the kicker power!
I think that this amp is cool but it does over heat tooo fast but i have it running at 1ohm wit 2 12cvr kicker and it pounds like hell.
Really good amp, although im only pushing 250 watts but as soon as i get my alpine type-r's gonna need something more but this is a great amp especially for the price.
What is it with you people and having problems with this amp and your CVRs? I have had this amp for about two years powering my JL 12w3's that have a combined resistance a bit over 1 ohm. Never run your amp 100 percent, any amp, keep under 75%, lower the better for sound quality. Clipping will heat any amp up quickly
This amp is powerful! But it gets overheat fast if it play music too much and loud. Always put the volume low so that it doesn't overheat. But for the amp price, its ok.
Very good amp. Recomended by Ishon at OCS. Very helpful staff. This amp made my cheap subs sound very good. Supposedly puts out more power than advertised
Good amp, I am running 2 Orion XTR102 10" subs in a 2009 Dodge Ram Crew Cab and it sounds pretty good. I just wish I had more airspace and an after market stereo!
