got 10 of these up in my ford ranger they sound like shit. now i got a soundstorm 8" now thats where its at

How do u have ten triple-x 15" sub n ur truck n they sound like crap? Evidently, u didn't spend the money on the right amount batteries, charging system nor the right amps. I bet u didn't even use a crossover neither!
he didnt have 10 triple x's, he doesnt have enough airspace for 2 even with an extended cab. ten subs wouldalso require 10 85kw amps or better each drawing a maximum of 700 amps it would require ac and power steering pump removal and adding 4 or 5 300 amp alternators and 48 batteries. not to mention 4.5 ft3 per woofer, this guy is a troll. I installed 2 in a tahoe and they crack glass! nuff said!
i have 4 in a 08 range rover and my god they shake the hat off your head,anyway lovem and they are the loudest subs i have also had the kickers they were also great subs,but these are better i think,have 2 3000 watt amps on them and they get hot even.
I had two of these beast in a Ford Expedition. HAD.... I also had all my windows. This is to my experience one of the most serious subs out the,not for everyday use trust me.

Im running 12 of these in my comped out 2008 Dodge sprinter 2500 pushed by 12 15000watt soundsstream amps, 20 Stinger 2300 amp batterys and 0 AWG wire everywhere ,I just hit 180.2 dbs at IASCA Finails unlimited SPL series ,This is the baddest 15" on the planet period!
the XXX is an amazing subwoofer. For 1000 dollars it is average when compared to tc sounds lms ultra 18 inch for 1000dollars. For this price it should have a rubber surround (foam doesn't last in humid enviorments) and if you melt the voicecoil you should be able to replace just the top half(big magnets/motors are expensive) still a worthy contender though.
