I was hesitant about buying a receiver that didn't have a CD player, but truth be told i do not miss it at all. its a pretty capable unit and has plenty of inputs and outputs. the bluetooth connectivity is money and you will definitely enjoy it. obviously this isn't a super high end unit, but the internal usb storage, front usb port, and bluetooth connectivity make it a great and versital unit for the money. i would definitely buy it again for a project car or a replacement unit

I purchased this model because of the convenience of having the iPod tray.
The radio plays extremely well.
I have it mounted in my 2012 Harley Davidson Roadglide and it has held up well. The only complaint that I have is I loose the connection between the faceplate and the radio.
I tried dielectric grease but that didn't fix it.
All in all a very well made product.
