This speaker takes a beating. Excellent slam for the buck and long therm durability. Specially, when set up in a trio (3 10W6's) in a sealed enclosure.
i think this speaker is the beswt one of all
The price of the JL Audion needs to be cheaper because it is not worth it. Also it doesn't even have a big mangent to make a big huge bass sound on the 95 Honda Accord Ex Sedan
I've had this sub for about 2 years hooked up too a US acoustic mono 200w amp and love it
these subs are great. i have had them in my car for 2 years now and they pound pretty good for what you pay.
SIMPLY THE BEST SOUNDING SUBS I'VE EVER HEARD BY FAR!!! I had three running off a 1000watt Xtant and it was just sick. I had this set-up in a 1998 Sebring Coupe rimmed up and the ladies got the jiggly legs! Bass was sickening deep and the subs sound quality is unbeatable from anything I've ever heard. I did manage to go through quit a few subs however(3 or 4). I screwed up and traded them in on Aluma Pro's because of it. JL is the KING!!!
I have two ten inch JL-W6's in a sealed inclosure that I built myself to specification with JL AUDIO. I have had them for almot two years and have been running them at full capacity the whole time. The sound is still crisp and clear as it was the day I intalled them. They run loud enough to bring pictures off the wall in the house when I am still down the street. I would reccomend them to anyone, however you best be sure that it is the correct enclosure size and the right amount of power for the best sound. You might want to let a professionally JL Audio (certified) dealer do the work for you. However if you can afford the new W-7's are the hottest speakers on the market. That is the next speaker for me...
I have 3 hooked up to a RR 1100 watt amp. people that ride in the back think someone is punching them. HIt every note with percision
I bought 2 from my uncle and he had them when he was in college 15 years ago. I got them and still blow the roof off my truck. They are incredible subs.
