good sub amp for entry level.good features for the buck.suggest spending 40.00 more for 300 watt alpine mono class d amp will be happier.
I have this Amp powering a 15" diamond subwoofer and its louder than any of my friends. its cheap but doesnt screw you over in sound.
have had speakers blown cause of the rms in 2 ohms. I didnt know it had that much power, 350. thats a good deal. bought used for 119.00. but the classD is for 169 on this site.same power
I had a Bazooka 500 watt amp and i got this 700 watt amp for the same price on this site. The subs hit a whole lot harder with this amp also. Plus, when you run all Alpine the whole thing sounds cleaner. I have 2 type E Alpine 12's and with this amp and a Alpine head unit there is no distortion at all. It runs very cool even after hours of play because of the cooling fan. I would reccommend this amp for anyone who doesn't have very deep pockets and still wants to be heard.
I've got this amp running a 12 inch alpine type R at 2 ohm. And man is this thing loud. At first i wasn't sure about it because of it's size, but when i tunred the volume up it was awesome. Sound is clean and punchy. Th price is great as well.
I have this hooked up to my jl audio 12w3v2. It couldnt run the sub at 2 ohm because it shut off before it got loud enough. At 4 ohm it doesnt sound too bad. wouldnt recommend for stronger subs like jl audio.
Hard to beat for the money. I have a friend using this to power a JL 15w0 @ 4 ohms. It hits HARD and CLEAN, the rear view mirror is vibrating so much, it wont be long before it falls off. It runs cool on the hottest days, even mounted sideways stuck between the sub box and back seat of the Jeep. Def check this out if you dont want to spend a lot of money on clean and reliable power!
For any one wanting a great..low priced amp..That can release A LOT of power.. This is the right amp for you to get.. I have it powering 1 15" JL and it BUMBS!!!!
this amp is preety good i got it powering two 300 watt kickers and it pounds preety good
This amp does what it says nothing more and definetly nothing less. I like its compact design and unobtrusive face. I have two of them. one is brand new the other is a year old and so far no problems from either
great amp for the buy I had it powering two 10' thunder 6000's and a mtx 421 d powering two more of the same 10's. The alpine is the better buy it has much better sound quality.
i bought the alpine ..and hooked it up to a 12 inch sony ex. its sounds good i made my own box .. I am going to buy 1 more amp and 1 more 12 inch ..and then i should have 1400 watts...thats not 2 bad for a 93 accord se...
I recently moved up to the Alpine MRP 350 mono block amp. I am running it with 2 JL Audio 10w1 s.They each handle 150 rms and 250 peak power ratings. I am running them parrelel so I can run them at 2 ohms. The JL s are incredible !! I also run a Alpine 9847 CD-MP3 with a 1000 Watt 4 channel Amp with 4 6 1/2" 90 Watt co-axial speakers in the factory locationsmakes THE GROUND SHAKE !!!! The Best For THE MONEY !!!
i have 4 of these amps and 4 of the alpine type r subs one amp per sub and its awesome
I have three MaxP124D Lanzar 12 inch subs in a '92 Ford Touris Station wagon. I was pushing them with a 800 watt American pro, but it kept on getting real hot and shutting off. So I sold it for 100.00 dollers and bought the Alpine MRP-M350 from the pawn shop for 106.00 dollers. It didnt say how many watts it was so I had to risk it. I am very satisfied with this amp. My friends all have these big 1200 watt amps and i have this little alpine. I bang all over them. I dont know how many Db I am pushing, but when good weather comes I am goin to the bass compation.
