Special order items usually take from 10 to 30 business days to ship from Online Car Stereo warehouse.
The majority of our listed products are in-stock and ready to ship. In fact, over 90% of all orders are shipped the SAME DAY the order was placed when it is available in the warehouse. A few of our listed items are special order or built-to order such as subwoofer enclosures that require additional processing and shipping time. Please take note that orders are not processed during the weekend or federal Holidays. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. UPS packages that have left the warehouse can be rerouted ONLY to a UPS HUB for pickup with a valid ID. The customer needs to pay a $25 intercept fee before rerouting is initiated.
Online Car Stereo immediately sends out your order tracking number once your order is processed. It is recommended that you monitor and check your email to check the status of your package at UPS, USPS or Fedex. Once you know the delivery date of your package, it is best to anticipate its arrival to avoid mail theft. If you will not be home to receive the package/s we recommend for you to have someone receive it for you; or request Online Car Stereo to process the package to be held at a UPS or USPS hub station for pick-up (Fees apply).

Brand new, unopened, complete in original packaging, factory sealed will qualify for a full refund without restocking fee minus shipping charges.
Brand new, opened box, not installed, not used, opened original packaging, will be subject to a minimum of a 10% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
Used, installed products will be subject to restocking fee depending on the condition, plus shipping charges will be deducted.
Items like subwoofer boxes; large subwoofers may require special freight shipping, and cost more to return. An Online Car Stereo representative will be able to help you in determining the exact shipping cost of freight items when setting up the return. This is also applicable to orders coming from Hawaii.

We highly recommend you test the products before you install to ensure that items are in perfect working order. If you find that the item is defective, please immediately call our Customer Service Hotline at 310-526-8635 to request for an RMA. We will send you instructions on how to ship the item back to us. DOA returns are subject for inspection and only eligible for replacement. If the item is found to be not defective, it will be shipped back to you (fees apply).

All products sold at Online Car Stereo are covered with a (1) one year warranty starting from the date of purchase. If your item stopped working, below are the steps to file a warranty claim.
ALL warranty claims are only eligible for replacement of the original item and subject for inspection. If there is no damage / defect on the item, it will be shipped back to the customer (fees apply). If the item is already sold out, not available or discontinued, a store credit will be issued less the return fees associated. Please also note that whatever you ship back to us are the only ones being replaced (i.e., box, cables, screws etc.).

Returned items should be brand new and in the original packaging, complete with all the original accessories and manuals (NO EXCEPTIONS). What’s the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?
A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.
A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it!
How am I covered?
For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product. For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years (depending on which plan you purchase). Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product.
When does my warranty coverage start?
Coverage begins on the 31st calendar day from when you purchased your product.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
Is my product covered if it’s stolen or if I lose it?
Unfortunately the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
