The company was founded by Andrew Bishara in 2009 having been a car audio enthusiast himself. It started as a shop in Long Beach, California at the heart of the busy street of Pacific Coast Highway which is considered as one of the centers of pop culture and car audio industry. He envisioned of having a one-stop-shop of car audio and video products and services readily available and with the most competitive prices in the market as a way of giving back to the city he dearly loves.
It started with a small inventory and with its quality products; and customer & installation services, the shop quickly grew popularity among the locals and started to have customers from nearby counties. This was when he realized that there is niche community of car audio lovers that resulted in a second branch, living up to its name, along PCH in Wilmington, California in 2012 and expanded its customer base.
With the success of its brick and mortar shops, PCH Custom Audio acquired Onlinecarstereo.com in 2015 and diversified in the online retail business. This gave the company a chance to provide its top-notch products and customer service nationwide.
