The ideal candidates will have a strong desire to succeed and grow. They will possess excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
A background in Customer Service and computer skills are a must.

Key responsibilities will include:

• - Experience in answering phones & customer emails.
• - Proficiency in computers.
• - Have experience with online shopping.
• - Basic knowledge of how credit cards work; chargebacks, authorization holds etc...
• - Mulit tasker, fast learner.
• - Good TEAM attitude
