IT,S ABOUT TIME THAT SOMEONE USE THE DOUBLE DIN SLOT FOR A DVD SOURCE UNIT. CAUSE IT DID LOOK TACKY WITH 2-HALF DIN UNITS!KENWOOD MAKES SOME OF THE BEST SOURCE UNITS IN THE WORLDW ONLY IF THEY WOULD GET OFF THEIR BUTTS and DESIGN SOME AMPS and SUBS TO GO ALONG WITH THEM?

got one in my infiniti g20 with pioneer subs and amp goes great with the stock bose speakers two .bumping those bangers man!!!!!!!!!!!!!

got this installed in 1998 maxima. replaced the bose double-din unit. worked out pretty good and it does seem to sound better with stock bose speakers.
This is one of the best head units I have ever had ,only draw back that I have found after 2 weeks is the 2 volt output unless you get the dsp then it gos up 2 4.5 volts.
This unit is loaded w features, beautiful screen, and the big plus---NO HIDE-A-WAY BOX!!!!!, units is well worth the money as its msrp is still below the cost of other units w/ less features. My biggest complaint is I feel the remote should control everything so I dont have to touch the screen but what the hell its a touch screen anyway...good job kenwood

Installed in my 2000 Sub RS and it looks and sounds great. The remote needs a little work. I expected a few more features, but all in all it's great.
it looks great in my civic. the only thing is that the preamp outputs dont have the power that is good for 4 12's. only 2 volts! it would be the best if it had 4 volts preamp outputs.

I love this thing. I put it in my '05 Impreza WRX STI with a nav system hooked up, and 2 12in kicker solo L7's.
