I have this sub in a vented box that I built myself to specifications given by MTX. The bass hits extremely hard, and the rumble is like nothing I've ever heard out of a single 10 inch. Many people have come into my car thinking I was pushing 2 12 inch subs, and were shocked to see it was a single 10 inch. I have tested several subs to compare (MA Audio, Sony Xplod, Alpine Type S) and none of them can compare to the output of this sub. The only downside I can find is that when you crank it up with a song that has a bassline, it tends to have a hard time pushing out any thump, but that is only if you have it cranked up hard; Hardly worth putting it down for! *** If you get this sub, Dynomat is your friend! It will rattle your car to no end! ***
WOW. Thats the one word review to describe these subs...These crank. I have a kenwood 2 channel KAC 7252 amp hooked up to two of these, and they hit hard. You will not be dissapointed with these subs. They can handle up to 400 watt rms and i am only giving them 170 each... If you get these make sure you get a big enough amp because i am thinking of upgrading mine..
these subs are just awesome i had 2 in a vented box in my s-10 extended cab and the thumped so loub my rearveiw fell off...twice. anyways i've downgraded to a nameless single 10 inch sub and its just not doing it for me so i'm gonna buy me some more for the price these are definatly the best value
wow i got 2 of these subs hooked up on my honda accord they slap so hard dat makes evry one look at chu i got them hooked up with my memphis amp 1200 watts and evry one jocks them im just gonna upgrade them to 2 12" L7 kicker
I HAVE 2 OF THESE IN MY FORD RANGER WITH A 1000WATT KICKER AMP AND THEY HIT SO HARD AND SOUND DAM GOOD IF YOU GET SOME OF THESE YOU WILL GET PURE DEEP BASS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR
