these subs slam! these are the best for the money no joke. i got these hooked up to a hifonics 1600 watt amp, in a sealed enclosure. and if u like lows like me then get these!

i have two 12"vr's in a sealed box..bout 2cubic ft per sub and hooked up to a lanzar 1000watt amp and they slam!!!!.. If u like big bass like me then i highly recommend these subs to anyone

this sub is really good for the money. i have two of them in a ported box 1.5 cubs each and tuned to 38htz. currently i am powering them with a 2f1600 soundstorm amp. great amp. these subs rattle my trunk. the rearview mirror folds down with every bass note! constantly re-adjusting it. wait till they break in and avoid a bandpass box (prefab) and you cant go wrong with this sub. can be heard from more than a quarter mile away with volume half way up.

I looked far and wide all over the internet to try and find the best deal and the best speakers for my system. Used to use a crappy dual subwoofer but after installing 2 of these kickers in my bandpass box im finally convinced I made the right choice. For the price there is NO BETTER subwooer you can get. These subs pound incredibly hard. Im pumping 300watts rms into each one at 2ohms(hooked up in parallel. Along with 4 spr alpines my system is perfect. I can turn it all the way up with no distortion at all. All of this is in a 96 honda accord ex. Recommended for anyone looking for some real bass. Two thumbs up

This subwoofer is awsome. For the price you just can't beat it. This subwoofer craves power and if you give it the power it wants, it will pound. I would suggest pushing more than 300 RMS watts to this sub. Its rated power is 400. I have two of these in seperate sealed boxes and each sub is getting 450 RMS. The closer you get them to the RMS handling the more efficient they become. They are a dual voice coil sub which are made to handle more heat an more power. These don't mind being slightly overpowered.

I have four of these in a sealed enclosure done by my friend Omar I have a hifonics amp and boy due this pound only wish I could have gotten them cheaper i payed $135 for each a little over priced just like my friends JL's hope to get Jl's soon though

Very Good Speakers. Get loud in the right box with the right amp. Can take more power than they are rated at.

i love these subs. my brother has two in his firebird in a custom enclosure. the car is shitty but turns everyones heads when the sound goes up. as longas youhave the right capacitor head unit amp and enclosure these subs will shake the road and massage your back.

I have 4 of these on an excursion with a kicker 850-4 and a 1500-1 very clear sound and they will take a lot of abuse on the right box you will be surprise

I've got two of these in a superbass probox and they rock. Kicker has no problem living up to their rep of more bass for your buck. You won't be able to find anything else this loud for this price. My only regret is getting the four ohm. The amp I had wasn't 2 ohm stable, but when I went to buy a new one, my options were very limited. With dual DVC 4 ohm, you can wire it at 4 or 1 ohms. My suggestion is to stick to the 4. At 1 ohm, your car can't push enough power for the amp to reach its full potential. Also, the 4 ohm has a much better sound quality. I started with 300 watts RMS split between these subs, which was still loud, upgraded to 500, which literally broke a chunk of my windshield off, and now I'm gonna upgrade again. These subs are hungry for power, and, in the right box, will blow your friends away.

I recently installed 2 of these in a dual slot ported enclosure with a 1000 watt hifonics amp. It is wired in parallel in a 1-ohm load and each sub is getting about 400 rms. Let me tell you nothing hits harder for the price. Overall i spent 397$ on these 2 subs and the hifonics amp and i blow most peoples systems out of the water. Would highly recommend getting these.

I had two of these hooked up to a Alpine MRD-M605amp @ 2 ohms in a ported box. All I can say is WOW!! These subs are amazing they pound HARD, very CLEAR and great QUALITY. Kicker products are amazing, you cant go wrong with Kicker!! Some of the best of the best products in the car audio industry.

I have one of these hooked up to a Kenwood 1800W amp in my S10 Blazer and it easily passes the test. Gettin' another for it though cause more is always better plus one for my Tacoma. By far one of the best subs I've owned.

i ve got four well 3 now.one had a break down they were in a 1.78 slot ported encloser the sound is great.power can increase a bit dew to that im going to build a sealed for the three.thanks

For the price, you cant go wrong. These speakers are beast! Im looking foward to buy 2 more of them. I have 2 12" cvr dual 4 ohm subwoofers in a sealed box running off a 500 rms sony amp and let me tell you it POUNDS my chest my ears everything! This subwoofer is the best bang for the buck. MUST BUY!

Wooow what a subwoofer I have almost two years with mine and still pounds horrible and totallyinsane I only have one with a ported enclosure at four ohms and several people couldn't believe me when I openedy trunk and they only saw one sub great for the value and huge spl

i have 4 of these running of the zx1500.1 and they make people freak out when they get in my blazer because they pound so hard. but yeah if your looking for quality subs without going broke i highly recomend!

These subs are sik! I'm running just one 12"comp cvr in a bp enclosure hooked up to a hi-fonics 1000w amp in my Ford Explorer, and headz turn everywhere. This is one sub u just can't pass up!

these subs are good basic subs. Most kickers are loud at certain frequencies, but since these only have about 26 fs hz, you always wish they can hit the lower notes. I'm looking at getting higher rated subs since I just burned the voice coil on one sub in a dual sub setup.

i had 2 of these hooked up to 2 crunch calss A/B groundpounder 1000.2 amps and i will not lie, it was the wrong amp for the job, but they still made the car 3 lanes over rattle

i have two of these cvr 12s in a ported box on a phoenix gold titanium 1200.1 class d and they hit hard, each sub has about 600wts on them and they seem like they can handle more, kicker subs are always a great buy.

got three in a crown vic with a 3000 watt spl loud and deep must have a .5ohm stable amp to run three gret for the money cant go wrong with kicker

These subs can handle massive amount of power, rated at 400 rms but they can handle 600rms all day. Always a safe bet and the price seals the deal!!

My brother bought 2 12's about a year ago. We put these subs in a 2005 dodge ram 1500 regular cab. We put them in an enclosed box made for shallow subs. Still they sound awsome for the space we were working with. We under powered them with a kicker zx 400.1 amp and let me tell you they turned heads out on the street. All my friends thought we had them on a 1000 watt amp. These subs are amazing for the price. I just would'nt recomend them if you are working with limited space. These subs work their best when they can breath a lot of air. Great subs kicker all the way!

have 2 of these bad boys in a enclosed boxed hooked up 2 a kicker zx750.1 amp and dey pound hard havent turned them all the way up yet only volume 30 and the whole cars shaking my max volume is 50 gonna pound so hard... buy this sub

i just upgraded to this from 2 12" P1 rockford's and wow... these hit so much harder! i have them running off a 1400 watt crunch amp and there perfect together. i would recommend these to everyone. i'm now a kicker fan forever! Livin' Loud!!

i have one of these babys so far on a coustic 400 dont laugh because they beat hard as hell we pull up to the gas station all the time shaking shit inside and the amps not even turned up all the way kicker on crunch amps also kick ass

I bought 2 of these hooked up to a 1200w amp, these are the best subs i had out of Pioneers, and Dubs i had before. i was pushing close to 90 db. i highly recommend. Very good start subs. im going to for the square com's next.

I had a set of these hitting like crazy with a 1000 watt amp power acustic class d, I put a beat down on them believe me they holds the bump sold everything to my friend got tied of it. Time to chillout with the sound getting to old but it was nice when I had it

WORD TO THE WISE- If you dont know what you are doing, do not buy these subs. These speakers are kick A***!!! I have them powered by a Crunch 2000.1 Those subs handle huge amounts of power. I have mine wired down to 1 ohm and with the amp level half way up and it has caused me problems with me neighbors and has made friends jealous. Dual Voice Coils are hard to deal with if you are a dumbass. Im definitely buying the 15's as soon as I get my money right.

I bought the CompVR 12s from a friend used, and its my first system that I hooked up in my car, and it bangs! I'm running a temporary Blaunkpunkt amp that is almost 20 years old and it still makes these things bang! Even at only 125 watts per sub, these things still shake my mirrors, change in my cup holder, and I can bounce stuff off of my trunk. Definatly a perfect siub for those who are looking for something basic, but the competition series is something that can be an option for those looking for something that can handle more power. My next step is to put a Lanzar 4000 watt VIBE286 amp in and get the chaos level to rise.

The reviews don't lie. If you give em about a 1000 watts with a decent sized box, you straight! I had em in two different cars, A Chevy Lumina and GMC Yukon. They bang without fail. I will say this: If you want more SPL, step up the Solo Barics or JL Audio W6s or W7s

Man, I just trade a Boss 2800 mono onyx amp. And 2 Kenwood 12" 1200w in the ported box, For 2 of these bad boys. These are the best woofers ever. I have them hooked up to a Logic 3000w mono- D class amp. They are BAD ASS. If you need some good subs, go KICKERS. My 2010 300 sound good as he$. You cant go wrong with KICKERS.
