I bought this unit pre pandemic. I got it on sale for 479.99 plus I got a 100.00 pounts credit on my credit I didn't know about ;-) This went in a 1966 Chevelle center console. I absolutely love this unit. It has features that make it extremely easy to tune and use. I paired this with 2 old school JL Audio Slash V1 amps I had from a previous car. I put JBL 3 way 6×9 in the rear deck and 6.5 JL Audio C5 separates in the kick panels up front along with a 12" Infinity Kappa sub in a sealed box in the trunk. I LOVE THIS SETUP..... Sound is solid, great sound separation and nice and clear but tuned to not be over baring. This unit is easy to control once you figure it out. Instructions are a little confusing if you're not familiar with new model car stereos. I give this unit by itself 5 out of 5 stars. Enjoy it if you've got or if you get it.
Absolutely enjoying.. Replaced my Kenwood DMX706S with this MEX model and the sound clarity isamazing.. Orchestral, nice distinct notes, simple interface. Nice pull and go security feature a plus
Got it for my Camry, cost a bit, but man, it's worth every penny! Sound quality is off the charts, and it's got all these modern features that'll blow your mind. There's so much stuff I can play with on this thing, still figuring it all out!
