The mids is really what makes this component system one of the best in its category. Its silk tweeters are very clear, and I love that you can adjust the level. Just set to zero now, but will try to set it to +3 from time to time and listen to which of the two settings is better. The bass is tight and is more than okay to be an alternative for a subwoofer.
