The Kicker 48CWRT84 comes with an injection-molded polypropylene cone and a rubber surround, allowing it to deliver a massive and accurate bass output with reduced noise at cranked-up volume levels. The mentioned materials are always for their ability to withstand the stress that comes from extended usage periods, especially at boosted volume levels.
It has dual voice coils for better power handling and improved sensitivity. The Kicker 48CWRT84 also uses its proprietary Forced Air Cooling technology, allowing the 8-inch subwoofer to stay 25 percent cooler after long hours of use, which is way better than other subwoofers in the market.
