An excellent upgrade from your old in-dash receiver, the JVC KW-V660BT is a multimedia receiver that is equipped with the latest technologies to help you get the best driving experience you deserve—coming with a 6.8-inch touchscreen monitor with superior touch control that only needs a light touch to respond.
Compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, it allows you to play music, get directions, make calls, and receive and reply to messages by connecting your phone to the receiver using its USB port. You can install the "Mirroring OA for JVC" application on your Android phone if you want to show your phone's display on the bigger LCD screen. You also have the touch control option from your phone or the screen.
You can also connect your Android phone to the receiver using Bluetooth for wireless audio streaming and answering calls hands-free. It supports a vast option of audio and video formats for playback, as it can play CDs, DVDs, and flash drives, and is compatible with the SiriusXM satellite radio tuner.
Apart from the option of connecting external amplifiers with its 5-channel outputs, it also has a built-in amplifier with 21 Watts of continuous power and can reach up to 45 Watts of peak power per channel.
It has a built-in crossover and a 13-band EQ to adjust the audio definition of your car's audio system. Lastly, it has a time alignment feature, which purposely delays the sound of the closest speaker to you so that the audio you will hear from the speakers will reach at the same time to you.

General
Now this thing is in my son's truck, and let me tell ya, it's bang for your buck, no doubt. That factory sub? It's like it finally woke up from its nap, thanks to this gadget. The Bluetooth, man, it's a trooper – never gives up and keeps that connection solid. Setting it up? Easy peasy. My JVC KW-V66? It's got all the fancy stuff I need, and it's pretty sweet how it gets cozy with my phone. Top-notch, for sure!
Good features for a less than $300 receiver. Bluetooth works great and its supports Carplay and Android Auto. I can still also play my classic DVDs, which is a huge plus.
