I replaced a ten year old DNN990 that would no longer boot. I already have a Kenwood amp, speakers, and subwoofer so I wanted to stick with the same brand of head unit. Most of the music that I listen to is from YouTube Music, so I appreciate the updated codec over the unit that it replaced. The DMX908 also boots up much faster. The sound quality is good and I like that I can have EQ settings for each input. I just hope that this lasts another ten years because I noticed that this was made in Indonesia and the previous one had been manufactured in Japan.
Sound quality is top-notch for the price. CarPlay works just fine. It got even HD Radio which is a huge plus for me.
I have had several Keendwood players but this one really sounds incredible, in addition to its easy and intuitive operation, I congratulate you.
