Equipped with a 12-inch CompRT Subwoofers
P51PTRTP12 Powered Down-Firing Subwoofer Enclosure is equipped with a 10-inch CompRT subwoofer and a 10-inch reFLEX passive radiator, both housed in a sealed, down-firing enclosure. Powered by an integrated 400-watt RMS amplifier, this subwoofer delivers deep, powerful bass. Constructed with durable MDF and wrapped in a sleek black carpet, the enclosure is designed to optimize sound performance while maintaining a compact footprint. The down-firing design provides added protection to the subwoofer, reducing the risk of damage from external elements such as luggage, pets, or tools.
Remote Bass Level Control
The Kicker 51PTRTP10 comes with a convenient Remote Bass Level Control, allowing you to easily adjust the subwoofer’s volume from the driver’s seat. The remote is connected via a 19.5-foot cable, with 3.5mm TRS connectors on each end, ensuring a seamless and flexible setup for effortless bass control.
Power/Ground/Remote Connections
The Kicker powered subwoofer features a removable terminal block with set-screws for power, ground, and remote connections. The power and ground terminals accommodate wiring up to 4 AWG, with 8 AWG being the recommended size, while the remote terminal supports up to 10 AWG wire (18 AWG is typically sufficient). Additionally, the subwoofer is equipped with two 25A ATO fuses installed in the chassis, along with an extra 25A fuse for backup.
