I didn't purchase the set of these off of this site, I purchased them in LA for 70$ a piece. But these subs are great, so far they have handled everything i've thrown at them. Only thing I like more than these are the Alpine type R's.
i have a chevy s10 ext. cab with one of these in the back in a q-logic box. running off only a 2400 watt legacy amp(shitty) and it pounds pretty hard. ported or sealed it sounds awsome both but i like the way it sounds sealed. its deff a good sub for a cheap price it turns heads.
I have two of these subs in the back of my Camaro and they POUND! If you want hard hitting bass and dont want to spend outrageous money on brands like JL AUDIO then buy these. You definately get more bang for your buck
I have two in a custom box and they sound real good.
Loud Loud Loud!!! Only buy these subwoofers if you have about 400 watts rms for each sub. They make noise with less, but when you feed them well they become brutal. My ears ring, my eyeballs shake, and people get whiplash turning around, at half volume!
Whew! for the buck? AWSOME! I owned (4)Audio-bahn 1200n's and blew one and sold one which leads me with two left indeed they are hot too. My partner has three of these bad boyz(CVR-12v's) hooked into a 2200w(RMS) Audio-bahn amp and I was impressed! I purchased two@a2ohm hook-up kicker box specifically for them,to a MTX-1500D series amp. I also own a triple octagonal box for 12v's and guess what? I'm doing it big. To cut the bull I love these DAMN subs and the fact that they handle their weight! To all the bass-heads CVR's give you a real bang for the buck. DON'T underestimate them like I did and now I specialize in crow-eating! LOL!
I have 2 of these cvr12's hooked up to a 1200 watt logic amp(old) and they beat in a sealed box.For the price you cant beat it. They even hit harder than 2 JL 12wo and 12w3. They defently turn heads.
i have two of the older style 12" CVR's and they BUMP! i have a HiFonics Brutus 1205D pushing them and they are handling the beating very very well. I'm over powering them and they havent blown. thats awesome. they are def def def worth the money...even thought they don't cost much.

I have a ford focus ZX3 and most people say they cant see subs in a focus, but i have two of these bad boys in my trunk powered by on 1200wat orion amp, and when they hop in and hear them, they say they're amazing, and i agree with them.
I have 4 of these hooked up to a 1600 watt rms zues hifonics amp in these things hit hard i can be coming up the block people turn there heads before they see me
I have two of these in the back of my cadillac and they pound. The blew away the two 12'' MTX's that i had.
my girlfriend has one CVR12 hooked up to a alpine M350 amp and it sounds great. Comparable spl to alpine Type r 10(NOT AS LOUD AS TYPE R 12), but much better SQ in ported or sealed box. This sub has made me think twice about my 3 alpine type r 10's. I conclude with: One of the best subs for the Money and dont get me wrong, they will pound!!
i have 2 of these babys in my trunk hooked to a 1200 watt amp and people tell me to turn it down when i pass by.
I have two CompVR 12's hooked up to a Class D Sony Amp and they hit hard!!! Alot harder than the two Boston Acoustic G2 12's I had before.
i bught my 12 at a local store and it drops loud &hardt as loud as the L7orL5s but this is areally great sub

Greats subs. have them hooked up to a 800 watt ma audio mono amp and they hit better than my 2 alpine type-s 10s. got them at circuit city with the custom box for my 2000 lesabre (thats right buick) and all i can say is that i am probably the only lesabre owner in NJ ridin like i am.
I have a pair of these in a ford explorer with a 1600w amp and they thump. over all i like them very well
I put 2 of these in a type 2 q-logic box and running them with a hifonics 1606D amp and set a few car alarms off with them running 800 to each.! best subs i have owned does the same as a alpine type R if not the same. I own a 98 blazer 4dr 4x4.
i have two of them and they hit hard. I have a shity amp but it works. Im geting a coustum box for my new squars. but i realy like them.all my friends are trying to bet me.
I got a 96 ext cab S10 and these things sound really good with a sealed box. and a 600watt kenwood amp. Great buy and very good quality. GREAT SUBS
great subs i have two of these in a band pass hooked up to a rockford fogate power 1500 and it POUNDS but if u want really good sq go with alpine but if your just a bass junky this are the subs for you
These are really good speakers for the price if you don't want to buy JL W7's or W6's. I like the fact that you can run the voice coils in parallel or in series for different speaker loads. These speakers are rated at 300W continuous RMS but 250 should be plenty enough coming from the PPI 500.2. Really nice bass response.
these are amazing subs, i had them in the back of my custom camaro and then now my integra, i took them out of my cam and made a custom wall with 7 mtx 10in, these subs hit very hard in both if you power the right amps, i had 2 RF 1500 watt amps one to each, they pound, worth the money.
If you want a subs that hits hard, but still need gas money. These are your subs. I have two in a ported box with a 1600 watt amp, and they hit hard. I mean make your ears ring for a day hard.

I will go with no other brand. I have two kicker cvr 12" and the sound is rediculous. By far the best money spent. I do recomend hearing protection!
these 12" cvr kicker subs....well the name says it all kicker!!!!these subs hit...HARD! i bought 2 of these in a sealed box and have them running off a 2000 wat volvenhag amp. and they will beat brands like directed mtx kenwood pioneer audiobahn... u cant find a better sub for the money... buy these!!!
hits like nothin else I have 2 in a s-10 ext. with a 800 watt sony explode amp running to them and they are beatin the block down I got pulled over yesterday by a cop that got me to cut them up so he could hear them :) Im just that good these are a GREAT buy cant beat the price I wouldn own anything besides kicker
i have a 2004 chevy silverado with two of these subs in the back and i have them with a 2000 watt amp and the knok hard i recomend these to any one.
I have 1 on my 06 civic coupe being pushed by a kenwood 2 channel bridged to 1 channel and this speaker rocks! Drops hard on heavy bass sounds and clarity is second to none. There is only one choice when it comes to subs and kicker is it. Dont even think twice! Buy kicker and you wont regret it!
i have these hookedup in my eighty-four cutlass. there known to shake the block, inside the bass is soo clean. i am running it on that kicker750 amp.price is good too.
These are great subs. Now I know why everyone compares them to JL stuff. JL is so expensive, yet these subs prove JL wrong with that "U get what U pay for" bullcrap. I had six 12w3v2D4 speakers in my Suburban and now I have only four of these and they hit considerably harder and deeper than the six 12w3s. Great sub. Great price.
i have a 1999 ford f-150 ext. cab,I bought this sub and wired it up as 2- ohm. i have it running off of a 1200 watt sony x-plod amp along with another sub. The sub is very loud and has deep clear bass. their is very liile if any disroration. The sub is great for the price.
I have one of these in a ported 1.75 Cu.Ft. box in my 03 Reg cab Silverado being pushed by an MTX 3401 Wired at 2ohms. The sub looks like it's going to jump out of the box and the gain is 1/2 way up. I love the astounded expression on people's faces I get when I tell them it's only one 12". Good sound quality and SPL. My rearview mirror can't stay in place. I'm going to switch to the same setup but with a CVX so I can turn the 3401 all the way up. It's going to be the end of my sense of hearing.
I have one of these pushed by a JL 250 monoblock and my system hits harder and clearer than anyone ive encountered thus far. I had 1 10 before and a MTX amp and my friend has a $1000 total infinity system with 2 12s and an infinity amp. My ONE 12 now hits harder and CLEARER than his two do.
I bought two of these to replace a sucky "HIFONIC Zeus" 12" 4ohm tube SubI had, and boy are they amazing!!! I am running them at 2ohm with a kicker ZX 550X2 amp in a ported box and they are great!! I can only turn my system half the volume cause I'm affraid my trunk may come out flying cause of the enormous bass... They hit really hard, great price..Kicker rocks!
I bought 2 12s CVR and they are worth every thing u got in ur pocket. I have them in a Silverado and it works. I replaced them with two JL W!s and there way better
I have One 12" CVR12-4 in a Q-Logic box originaly made for a 10" but with few monir adjustments to fit a 12". Man does it sounds good. the bass it puts out is incredible. I amazed myself when i went up against my buddy that has two jl 12". I have it powered by a Kicker ZR480 amp. belive it or not i spent 300 dollars over all and it sounds like a 800 dollar steeo system!
only one of this "sub" is enough for me to explode my ear, cheap yet very powerful consider to all expensive sub at the same rate. strongly recommend to all. living loud.
i had two kicker 05cvr12-4 in my car wired to a mtx amp but ihad to take one of the sub out these sub are so powerful and deep the car glass want to drop out very good sub
