I have this amp on each of my Alpine Type-R 12's in a Honda Civic. I would recomend this amp to anybody looking for some serious power to push a sub. Not something for a low level subwoofer cause it will blow it quick.
I have this amp hooked up to two 12 JLW3V3's and it slaps! The only diasppointing part of this amp to me is that there is no bass boost control up front (which i think is a good benefit)...Besides that, the design is the first in its class and I absolutely love it just for that. Also, it is extremely cheap on this site compared to others and ordering with OCS is a breeze!
This amp makes silly power. I have two pdx 1.600 each running to two 12'' Type X's thats enough said. i would highly recommend this amp to anyone who wants to step their game up. system makes 167.6 db, any more bass and you will have to change your diper.
this is the best amp i ever owned. i got it on one 15" type R and it sounds sick. clean loud bass. stop reading reviews and buy it.
I have been running this amp now for about 2 years and using it pretty much every day at maximum capacity. It pushes one MB Quart DVC 12 inch Sub to the mechanical limit of the speaker. I have also used it to move an Alpine Type X and it did okay there, but I would probably go to the 1000 watt version for a long stroke sub like that one. Never shuts down, works fine with a 3 farad capactitor and 4 gauge wiring, standard 90 amp alternator and battery. Overall a little more money than some of the other brands, but this one is worth the extra just for the small package size and extreme efficiency. Spend the excess here and avoid buying upgraded electrical system components for the average system. I also run Alpine PDX for my components and the whole system does not even bump the headlights due to the extreme efficiency of these amps.
I've owned this amp for about 8 months, no problems with it yet.. never gets to hot, only problem is the arch for the remote, ground, and powre wires.

Great Amp, sound quality is outstanding with all music types. Produces deep controlled bass and no exessive current draw. I have no cap and lights do not flicker. Only draw back is crossover is not defeatable.
Hey man I got this thing hooked up to 1 Kicker CVX10(2ohm version) and Kenwood Excelon Deck and I constantly piss off people at red lights..lol and people think I have a 12 or 15 and a 1500 watt amp..all I can do is laugh and tell straight up its a 600 watt amp on 1 10" sub...and get this.... In a single cab truck...with a Q-Logic vented box..doesn't even take up that much room...great amp. It... If you get a good sub, cd player, and box with it..will blow your mind..tellin ya
Wow this amp is amazing. Had it for 4 years now pushing two type r 10s in my jeep wrangler. You can hear me coming from a ways off. It was so good I bought another one from the local dealer. That one came with a birth sheet that said 813 watts, no lie! I now have one to each sub in my Subaru WRX in a ported enclosure. It's unreal, I also have a PDX 4.150 powering my type r components and damn, I play loud for 1 song and you have to turn it down because it gives you a headache.
