First word that comes to mind is "WOW"!! I put one in a large ported enclosure in my 2000 Blazer, with 1016 watts from a Kenwood Excelon amp behind it. Excursion is impressive. For the money, it is hard to beat.
i have a hifonics 2600 mono block amp running on 2 of these cerwin vega's at 1100 a peace and WOW I mean WOW my back window of my civic wants to give in and im running only at 1100 with 2 of them, i bought the hifonics amp on this site too. this is a great product for its buck, I promise you!!! you will not get a better deal for 2000 rms at this price the and the sound is great on them tooooooo i really would love to see this sub at its true max...overall if you want to make your heart stop...... get this sub! I have two of the 10.4's hooked up to an MA Audio HK 4000D 2 channel amp in a custom build box and these things keep up even with the most brutal death metal. had them in two small a box be for and blew them both up, ordered the replacment cones and put them in the current box haven't had a problem since. these subs are the best I've ever had hands down
