If you are looking for super hi-fi quality sound, these are not it. These are GREAT speakers but they are coaxials and they are mid-tier speakers. That being said, if you are replacing stock speakers there is no better value. These speakers have solid sound quality and love to be amped to really crank out your mids/highs. Essentially, if you aren't obsessed with SQ enough to get component speakers, then these will more than satisy your needs/desires.
Great mids and the highs are nice and bright. Currently running them off of the head unit but they'll soon be amped.
Don't let the size of this speakers fool you. You will be amaze of the quality of the sound of this speakers and for the price this is a nice deal. Won't be disappointed.

Installed on my hart street glide, good sound quality but bottom when very loud at highway speed, which is to be expected to an extent but seems worse than others
I bought these speakers for my motorcycle. I like them but I wish someone would make a speaker in this size with better midrange and bass capabilities.

Great set of speakers. Right out of the box they are ready to be amped and played at high volume. Replaced my factory Bose system with these in my rear door. Can't wait for them to break in.
