The only reason I didn't give these components perfect 10s across the board is because I have never installed a set of really high dollar components...therefore I can't compare these components to the high end stuff in a side by side comparison. That being said... I absolutely love this component set. I am powering them with the Massive ex2 nano block amp pushing about 120 Watts RMS to each channel and the clarity you get is unmatched in any coax setup, and I would venture to say that they sound just as good as their more expensive competitors. (or at least pretty close). I listen to hardcore metal music where alot of the instruments can get lost in the mix, and I was shocked at the fact that I could hear each and every snare hit, hi hat hit, and guitar riff amongst the heavy distortion and gutteral vocals common in metal music. Every element of the song is reproduced with amazing clarity and absolutely no distortion, even when cranking the volume knob way up. The construction was also another thing I liked about this set...especially the "sandwich" style terminals on the crossovers. The terminals on the woofers are also big and beefy, and the terminals on the tweeters are the screw type, making installation a breeze. You can tell Massive Audio took the time to ensure a quality-built product by with features like that. You don't find that in speakers in this price range. Again, these don't get a perfect 10 only because I can't compare them side by side to another high dollar component set, but I can honestly say these are the best components I've ever installed personally, and would highly recommend them to anyone. The 150 dollar price point simply can't be beat. I will definitely buy Massive Audio products in the future.
