This Alpine R series amp is killer, man! So far, it's perfect, just what I'd expect. Super flexible and easy to configure. Offers mad value and versatility, few other six-channel amps can match it. The extra power rocks for midbass drivers, and that bandpass filter feature is dope. Solid build quality and feel. It's a solid amp for a full car upgrade. Total win, no doubt!
Controls can be overwhelming, but once you understand how they work, you’ll immediately love this 6ch amp from Alpine. Great balanced sound with my 6.5 speakers and subs and it can surely go loud if you push the volume to the max.
Had it set up on my Tacoma for five months now and its performing out pretty well. Connected two pairs of speakers and a sub, leaving out the last channel for another sub in the future, and the filters are really very helpful in tuning out the audio components to what I want to hear from them.
