They were GREAT for me. I ordered the Kicker Quad Box, and it was delivered from California to Paris, Texas within one week freight, 18-wheeler straight to my door. I ordered a MTX thunder 801D amplifier at 11:00 in the morning. At 3:00 the same day they told me its already been shipped. No one can compare. And this was standard shipping.

Did quite a bit of research online before buying. Onlinecarstereo beat other similar online offers by $500.00 on this order alone. ($800.00 vs 1300.00). And then add in the FREE shipping and it was a no brainer.

Although I had problems trying to place my order the customer service department and the sales department was professional and did what they could to help me resolve my issue. I still didn't understand what was happening even after calling and talking with my bank and they assured me I could use my card. I called the customer service back for the third time only to be told it my card still didn't work. A few hours later I went back on line to try yet again and this time was able to place my order. I discovered I had used the wrong card . I have two cards just alike with different numbers. Both people that I talked with had patience and assisted me the best they could while I figured out my mistake.
